Here's the video that goes with the previous blog post. Yes, we are so into this stuff that it's what we do on the weekends, this was on Sunday afternoon and we were having a blast :)
So yes, be careful, or I'll come to town and dye your Mom's hair pink and draw kettlebells on her cast! (To be fair, she asked me to help with both of those). AND there's more video on the way - we make a mess in the kitchen and Laurel tries to keep a straight face when I tell her how many calories we're drinking. Coconut Milk Hot Chocolate Wooooooo!!!!!
